Programming KNS80 and/or KNS81

Trying to locate a table or list of intersections and their respective VOR to tune along with the radial/distance for quicker programming of the KNS RNAV radios. When I would fly with my father with the KN74 in his Navajo Chieftain the Jeppesen charts for that time period (1970's) would frequently have this information. GPS has of course changed that need so there are very few charts that include this information today. I presently will use Navigraph to attempt to get this information but you have to figure in the magnetic variation and even doing that the resulting location is not all that accurate.
