Duke Turbine GTN750 Causes CTD
-
Recently installed the Duke Turbine into FS2020 on Xbox Series X. In order to become familiar with the aircraft I conducted a short flight from KBWI to KIAD. The Duke was left in its default instrument configuration with the GTN750 installed. After about 10 mins, the simulator crashes. If I exchange the 750 with other options the flight is trouble free. I ran the flight several times without issues but as soon as I reinstall the 750 the CTD returns.
The route I loaded was KBWI on Rwy 28 followed by a right turn to Jabbr and then heading to the ILS 19C into KIAD
This is a wonderful aircraft but I hope someone may have some thoughts on the problem.
I think I saw this situation mentioned on another post but had trouble finding it again.

Do you have the TDS GTNxi installed, the PMS50 GTN, or neither? You are the first mention I have seen of anything like this, so please let me know if you can find the other post. I would usually recommend that you temporarily empty your community folder, but seeing as you are on XBOX, I am not intimately familiar with the content management system. If there is a way to disable content that you have installed from the Marketplace, I would recommend trying that. If you have any questions pertaining to XBOX, Just Flight Technical Support will definitely have more information and advice than I will.

I have found the other post. It is titled Duke Problems and is mentioned by HarrisonD.
My Duke was flown as installed ie. PMS50(on Xbox I don’t seem to have a choice. It’s either PMS50 or TDS GTNxi). Interestingly, I have just selected TDS GTNxi then pressed Confirm. The Confirm button then said Done but both the Primary and Secondary displays are blank
Not sure about disabling content. Would have to look into that further.
