FTSim new soundpack for TBM!

Received the notification from FTSim, downloaded immediately and testing right now. Huge difference to the default sounds, needs time to get used to. If realistic or not I want to leave for the real TBM pilots, so any comment is appreciated.

Just tested the new sound pack. Not perfect, but much better than it was. No more overly buzzy prop sound!

I also created an account there and was wondering how I could get the sound pack? I don't really understand the principle of the "payment lock". Or the note that only existing customers have the opportunity for the hole next month to download something new. Very strange. Well, then not!

I'm an existing subscriber of FTSim+ and found the following message on their Patreon site:

I assume the unability to accept new subscribers is a limitation of Patreon.

I'm successfully using their sound mods on the PMDG 737-800, Asobo Citation Longitude and now BlackSquare TBM 850.

Considering their high number of products and the fact that you can get all of them for just 5 USD, I suggest waiting until November and then retry.

I would not recommend these audio files. The original ones works better over all.

I like the mod sounds more... It is a question of personal taste.

Problem with the FTSim sounds, are that they mix in an abrupt manner, and the recording itself seems a bit directional. Of course, I understand that some of the extra detail and texture in the audio can be appreciated, but overall I did not find the audio-mix especially convincing as a professional project.

Has anyone been able to get the FTSim+ Soundpack working in MSFS 2024?

I'm getting no sounds after install, while the default sounds from the copied Asobo TBM 930 are running OK.
