Just picked up the Barron/Bonanza Combo which means I now have every BSQ aircraft.

As always, first thing I usually do with twins is kill an engine on them. For some reason I am unable to get the props on the Barron to fully feather.

Can someone have a look and confirm?

Congratulations on becoming a Black Square Completionist! I'm honored to have you on board for every one of my aircraft. Unfortunately, the native feathering simulation in MSFS is horribly limited, and it took me a tremendous amount of time and code to get realistic feathering behavior for both the Turbine and Piston Dukes. While I do not plan to port this behavior back to the Steam Gauge Overhaul series due to the further limitations imposed by the default exterior model, I do plan on including this feather, and all the others developed for the Dukes, in my MSFS 2024 series of stand-alone products for the Caravan, Baron, and Bonanza.

@Black-Square Thanks for the explanation. Can I assume the amount of asymmetrical thrust represented in the Baron is "Close".. and it's just the model of the prop disc that wont fully feather?

I had to think about this one for a moment. I think the Analog Baron's feathered props might have slightly more drag than the Duke's, relatively speaking, but I would also consider it to be splitting hairs with the general accuracy of the simulator's flight model anyway.

    Thanks.

Outa curiosity, what will become of my beloved King Air? In other posts I have seen mention of the Baron, the Bonanza and the Caravan regarding 2024.. But what about the King Air? Please tell me that no mention means something big is in store for this timeless aircraft in 2024.
