Not sure if I get your message correctly, but this may relate to the fact that real aircraft flight controls generally offer a much higher movement range that our computer replicas. In other words each millimeter of movement in MSFS has a higher impact to the control surfaces than in real life, resulting in the "twitchy" reactions.
An option is to reduce the control surface deflection angles below real life settings, however this opens another level of unrealism, although I personally don't mind.
For my controls setup I have reduced the maximum deflection angles of the rudders and elevators from 100% to 60% in the .cfg file. Mind that this also reduces ground wheel steering since rudder and nose wheels are connected, but it's a compromise.
On another level there's also settings for the general aircraft stability in air movement, however this is beyond my level of knowledge and I also cannot judge real TBM 850 behavior.

I've done a great deal to minimize the twitchy controls, but most MSFS aircraft are pretty light on the controls. It's been this way for decades. It's nice to see some developers actually reducing the lightweight flight dynamics that aren't true to life. iniBuilds does a decent job on their A300 too. The Caravan and TBM, followed by the Duke are good heavier feeling GA planes.
