CTD with duke

I bought the Duke yesterday on the marketplace, and I've had CTD, more than half the time I try to use the plane, in situations ranging from loading a flight, or starting cold dark when I turn on the battery. It doesn't happen with other aircraft and the most recent addon in months is the duke, do you know of any related problems or incompatibilities that may exist?

I'm sorry to hear that! Are you on PC or XBOX? This is my first aircraft on XBOX, but the PC version on the Marketplace is identical to the one distributed from the Just Flight store, and we have not had a single report of CTD's in any of my aircraft for at least a couple of years. Which GPS addons do you have installed on your system? PMS50 GTN, TDS GTNxi, and/or KLN-90B?

PC! PMS50 GTN and KLN-90B. I'm testing since this morning when i rote about.... So far, I have done 1 CTD out of 3 relatively long flights. This CTD occurred when turning on the master battery. Do you know if there is a log in MSFS that records the cause of the CTD?

Thanks for the information. Unfortunately, the crash log does not store any information pertaining to the avionics system, which sounds like the issue here. There was a CTD that we had while co-developing the KLN-90B for the Duke, so I would recommend temporarily removing it to see if that solves your problem (also make sure it is up-to-date). If not, then I would recommend temporarily emptying your Community Folder, just to see what we can rule out. Please stay in touch and let me know if you make any progress. Like I said, you are the first report of a CTD in any of my aircraft since 2022, so I suspect there is something very specific on your system causing this; however, the fact that you are a Marketplace customer does make the issue a little more intriguing, since this is my first Marketplace aircraft.

No problem, I'll test more during these weekends. from cold n dark to cutting the engines, implementing these suggestions. What you do is incredible work, I'm sure it could be something here on my side. Congratulations on the work with Duke, it really is a new level for MSFS. Greetings from Brazil!
