Changing start-up panel switch positions

Hello, is it possible for me to change certain start-up options on my BS Grand Duke? When I load in, I'd love to have:
- Fuel pumps off
- Props feathered
- All panel light roller wheels off
- Cowl flaps closed
- Comm 2 switch on
This is how I usually leave my cockpit when ending a flight, and it's a little immersion breaking to have these opposite of how I left them on my last session. Any config file I can modify? Thanks.

Similar question but personally i'm only interested in the panel lights being in the 'off' position (or, in a perfect world, the last used position).
Just a tad inconvenient to have to roll down all the lights before each flight just so when i finally need the lights on, its not an overwhelming flood of lights all at once. -
