Not sure if I'm doing anything wrong, but I'm unable to use the tablet on and of my Duke aircraft. Using my mouse, when I click on any selection on any page nothing happens. I cannot make any selections in the tablet. Is there something I need to turn on or activate? Everything else work in the cockpit using my mouse except using tablet, I can change pages but none of the buttons or selections work. Any help is much appreciated.

Almost every time that the support team has seen this with the Duke so far, it has been the Horizon 787 addon in the community folder, which has been overwriting core simulator files for years now. Other developers have requested that Asobo make it more difficult for misguided developers to do this in the future. If you don't have the Horizon 787, simply try removing everything from your community folder temporarily to see if that fixes the problem. We have also seen other freeware products that interfere with avionics in other interesting ways. Please let me know how it goes!

I finally got it working, it wasn't the Horizon 787 addon, it was the Kuro 787 addon, when I deactivated it, i was able to use the tablet.
        Thanks for your help

So glad it worked! I'll add that one to the list to watch for. Thank you for letting me know.

I reinstalled the Duke software after SU 15, but I still have the problem: Tablet functions work but I can't move the tablet. I don't have any Horizon 787 (only the Asobo ones in the "One Store" folder". I emptied the community folder, but to no avail. "Cockpit Interaction" is set to "Legacy" because I can't perform any actions with the mouse under "Lock". Kind of frustrating no ...

I've fixed the tablet dragging in legacy mode for the next update, but it has not been released yet. I wonder what is wrong with your lock interaction mode, though. I've never heard of that problem before. I would be frustrated too.

It does not work for me, so I guess I'm going to have to do it one by one.
                  Did not expect this.

@Newtwiz What isn't working for you? The tablet is not displaying anything? Now that these aircraft have been out for a while, I can safely say that this is almost certainly caused by something in your community folder that's overwriting some core simulator files that it should not be. Luckily, Asobo has said that they will prevent errant developers from doing this in MSFS 2024.

@Black-Square Yes just installed it today and cannot use the tablet.
The tablet is displaying but I cannot click anything on it.

That sounds exactly like the Horizon 787 issue that is notorious for overwriting core simulator files. If you do not have that installed, I am still all but certain that it's caused by something in your community folder that has modified a file that it should not have. If you can't find it quickly, my Just Flight support team likely has a list of suspected files that they could walk you through.

This " horizonsim-aircraft-787-9 " had already been removed from my community folder.
