Cabin A/C is freezing my passengers

I have the thing set to auto heat, hi on the fan switch and the temp turned all the way up, the cabin air pulled way out and still my passengers are experiencing a ride that has their eyebrows frozen solid at high altitudes. What's the trick?

if you're pulling cabin air, that lets outside air in.... you should be pulling the two round presurisation air knobs down and to the right (not the red handles) - those 2 white knobs will feed heat in

This has been discussed in several threads here, and in the manual, and in my videos on the Just Flight YouTube channel, but most likely you haven't pulled out the intercooler bypass handles above the red pressurization shutoff handles. These should only be pulled out when cruising with very cold ambient temperatures.

Also, the cabin air pull handle doesn't do what you think it does. Take a look at the tablet, and you will see that it operates a valve between the ram air box at the front of the aircraft and the cabin air plenum. During pressurized flight, it will have no effect, because a check valve prevents air from exiting through the ram air intake, but in unpressurized flight or on the ground, the valve is used to unconditioned admit ambient air into the plenum.

@Black-Square - I have a related question, about the vent blower. Does it affect both heating and A/C, or just one or the other?
