    In a couple of landings now, I've noticed it plays approximately 6 seconds late. (As in, the sound plays about 6 seconds after the nosewheel is actually on the ground).

      I'm unable to produce this on my end. I find it hard to believe that only a single sound could be delayed like that, but I'm more than happy to look if you send a video.

        Here are two videos of the phenomenon. I think it may actually be a piston duke issue only.
        It occurs at 3:40 in both videos. A tire touchdown sound plays around 5 seconds after it is clear that all wheels are already firmly on the ground.

          I just finished playing with this myself. There's definitely something fishy going on. The sound is instantaneous on the exterior, but there is something on the interior delayed after the nose touchdown, but sometimes before the nose touchdown too. I'll pass this along to my sound designer and see what the problem is. Thanks for pointing it out. I always thought it was just the tires skipping down the runway after a bump.
