On the Bonanza, my radios do not retain frequencies from flight to flight, not really sure which settings are supposed to be retained. The engine is at 99% and has been for about 3 flights now. Is there something I'm supposed to do to enable state saving?

And I have done normal shutdowns each time per the manual.

I have a similar problem, frequencies are not saved, however my engine throttle/propeller/mixture are set to idle at start always. As far as I understand the operation manual, the frequencies should be stored between starts, but some primary engine settings (for example throttle) is not.

Did you find any solution to your problem? Or which things have you tried to fix this?

I always quit from MSFS properly (with QUIT TO DESKTOP), and some other aircrafts can save their states (for example JPL C152).

@gaboro Hi, I submitted a ticket about it for the Duke, which has the same problem. They've been working on it, but haven't found a solution.
