Tablet failures page doesn't show new failures

Just a minor thing I noticed, that when I had a new XPDR failure and looked at the Failures page on the tablet, where I had the option "Show only active failures" selected before, it wasn't displayed. Only appeared when I unchecked "Show only active failures" and then checked it on again.

Oh, that's a very understandable bug. So obvious that I figured I would have caught it. I'll look into it. Thanks!
