Simbrief profile
-
Hi,
Is there any Simbrief profile for this plane?
-
Not yet, it appears. I just whipped up a rough one for the Grand Duke, using the Baron as a basis. I don’t know how well that will work, but I expect to find out tonight.
-
I don't even have a turbine profile in ForeFlight :-(

Please vote this topic over at the Simbrief forum (link below). Maybe we get an official profile for our new birds. You have to vote via the button left of the topic title!

Voted. Right now I’m using the Cessna 414AW profile since it’s also a turbocharged twin piston.

@Black-Square Is it possible that you provide Simbrief with the data they need for making a profile? I read somewhere in the Simbrief forum that it is best when they get data from the dev to make a new profile.
I am sure you are quite busy right now, but the Simbrief profile would make planning flights such a charm for the Dukes. -
yep currently using the barron as a default flight plan than iam using the 750 xi i just simply load the flight plan in using simbrief
-
Problem with using a non-pressurized plane like the Baron is that it assigns you a much lower altitude than you want usually.
-
I am using the Cessna 414AW, like @Gilandred, and so far, it appears to be usable. Tweaking the fuel usage, but it takes several flights to do so.
-
The Simbrief profiles are now available!
-
Excellent, thanks to whoever got those loaded.

Hi, all, I've created a Simbrief profile for the Turbine based in a profile already present. Probably is inexact but perhaps some of you experts out there will improve it :) Here it is:

@Villajota Hi, now there are native Simbrief profiles for all three Duke variants! BE60, BE6G and B60T https://forum.navigraph.com/t/b60t-simbrief-profile-request/15662/12
-
Thanks, outermarker, I had seen just the first one
-
I used the simbrief profile yesterday in the turbine and it seemed to give a very low cruise level - had me at 13000 from EGGD to EGSS - I'd have expected more like 20000 but will see how it goes in future legs.
-
Had everything from FL190 to FL280 using the B60T profile, just watch your climb rate to the higher ones. The pressurization system sure can't keep up on the default comfy rate :)

Respected Developers and simmers. Is there a simbrief profile for the recently released RJ Products all variants? thank you.

@sandeepkr70 yes there is.
