KA350 Mobiflight Battery Master Switch on Honeycomb Alpha

Trying to assign the master battery switch to a switch on the Honeycomb Alpha yoke. Simply trying to use: 1 (>L:var_batteryMasterSwitch) isn't working. It animates the switch but power isn't applied. I've gotten close using:
1 (>L:var_batteryMasterSwitch)
1 (>K:TOGGLE_MASTER_BATTERY)
13 5 (>K:2:ELECTRICAL_BUS_TO_BUS_CONNECTION_TOGGLE)

The battery connects for about a second, evidenced by gauges and annunciators coming to life, but then it shuts right back down. There must be a bus_to_bus connection I'm missing but I haven't been able to decipher the proper sequence in the "MasterBatterySwitch" xml in the AnalogKinAir.xml file.
