    This is perhaps more related to the PMS GTN750 than the TBM, but anyway. Here I am flying in quite heavy winds (72kt) with a substantial headwind component (about 35-40kt). My IAS is 206kt but my ground speed according to the GTN is 256kt. Shouldn't the ground speed be considerately lower with this headwind? 🤔

      @zenit_swe depends also on your altitude, air temp (and slightly on some other factors).

      If I put in FL300 and IAS 206kt, I get true air speed of 326kt, which seems to be in the same ballpark you'd expect with your headwind.

        @randolf ah yes, my TAS was actually 320kt so that seems to be spot on. Never mind then 🙂
