Is trim a bit off when in green range on takeoff?

    I always keep trim in the green band for TO, on the nose up end. But after takeoff she has such a hard nose down attitude and needs A LOT of nose up trim - this feels very unrealistic (i am not a real tbm pilot). My flaps are set to TO.

    What trim settings do you use?

        @zenit_swe In the POH it indicates that the green range for pitch trim adjustment is graduated from 12% to 37% but oddly it doesn't say + or -.
        It seems a bit strange that takeoff trim would be set down that much. I wonder if the indicator is reversed and it should really be UP 12%-37% rather than DOWN.

          same. i leave the trim in the center and it feels much better imho

            @jcallum that percentage can never be negative as its linked to the leverage related to the MAC (mean aerodynamic cord).
            However, the units of elevator trim can be positive or negative depending on the percentage...
