    Having trouble engaging VS hold mode via the ENG button. Whenever I press the ENG button it will level off (ie 0 VS.. it never changes).

    Coincidentally, when I tried the PMS 750 the other day with WTT addon - when I pressed ENG it set the current VS in the unit and held it.

    Am I doing something wrong with this? (I use the TDS 750 and have the same issue above).

    I tried disabling all addons but no change.

    @reheat From the developer himself:

    This is partially due to a MSFS autopilot limitation. The native autopilot does not handle arming modes well, so I have done the best I could do without creating my own custom autopilot. The issue arises when you request a positive climb with a desired altitude below you, or vice versa. As long as your desired VS is in the same direction as your desired altitude (such as on a missed approach) then it should work fine. As you point out, the WTT Mode for the PMS50 does claim to have enhanced arming modes that you may find useful, though I can't vouch for its performance myself. This is very annoying to me as a real world pilot too, so I will revisit this for my next aircraft and see if there isn't something I can do to improve the situation for the whole fleet.

    Hope that helps.

    @voice-of-reason Thank you for the response. It does clear this up as I was trying to trouble shoot between different gtn units, mods, etc. Hopefully, msfs will provide more functionality for this in the future.

    On another note... I've flown both of these airplanes in the past and you've done a great job with both of them. Enjoying them very much.
