Instrument Utilities conflicting with PMDG 737

Just wanted to share here that I found that Instrument Utilities are conflicting with PMDG B737.
I got MSFS freeze (not responding) the moment I press on REQUEST LSK on RTE page.

So either kill the Utilities in process manager or uninstall it completely, like I did.
