Final Release

@Capt-Quirk It's the same program as the P3D one but is running the new database which is due to go in the P3D version soon. The XP version was developed by a different team but using the same code. As there is no proper AI engine in XP it works outside of the sim, but the effects are the same. Those used to taxiing and parking behaviour in P3D/FSX (FS2002, even) may not find it to their taste, but it's a distinct improvement on the default (or lack of it).

@Ray-Fry We spoke to the FS Reborn chaps at Cosford and will add that functionality to TG. It's in progress at the moment. Being done by the same guys that did the jetways, as it happens.
TGXP is essentially the same program as the P3D version. 'Better' is a moot point given that X-Plane has no default AI engine and so the program has to work outside of X-P. The only other AI traffic add-on (or plugin as they say over there) is pretty complicated and requires flights to be added manually. It's fair to say, therefore, that what we learned on FSTraffic back in 2001 has been used to improve the AI traffic (or lack of it) in X-Plane.
Otherwise, the aircraft, liveries, lights, winglets etc are all the same. The only significant difference at the moment is the database and we can't drop that in to the P3D version yet until we've made some other changes. Lots going on but not much to report until the next update.

@Capt-Quirk
Yep, no surprise. But I am still not very happy about what happened with the P3D version. I have XP 11, but I will not consider buying TG again. -

The XP11 version just got updated, but no news about the P3D version ...
I very much doubt that I will trust what is promised on JF forums again.The situation as per last month isn't much changed:
"The only significant difference at the moment is the database and we can't drop that in to the P3D version yet until we've made some other changes. Lots going on but not much to report until the next update."Currently, the new lighting for P3D version is finished and the new liveries are in progress. Once that's done we can make the database changes. However, as it stands, function-wise, the P3D version has been finished for some time. Updates to the X-P version are mostly to improve the workarounds that add a proper AI traffic functionality - something not needed in P3D/FSX.
