The manual says "when the outer scale is set to 7,000 ft at the “CABIN ALT” index mark, the inner scale will read approximately 16,000 ft at the “ACFT ALT” index mark.
This doesn't appear to be reflected by the gauge. Image below.
If the dial is rotated to 7000ft Cabin Alt, the inner arrow points to 27,000ft ACFT ALT.
Can someone explain?
