Is the mod still working in SU11?

I would want to buy the mod - both for US and Europe, but after what I've read on this forum it sounds like it's all broken, and I don't want to spend my money on something that doesn't work and only causes headache.
All I want is confirmation from someone that they've got it working without significant bugs or glitches, either out of the box or with a simple and easily followable tweak to MSFS files.

Bit the bullet myself. Can confirm that after this fix, it works as intended, and perfoms within error margin of MSFS without the mod installed. In fact, based on what I've seen these couple of days using it, it's a really solid improvement to MSFS still.

@geekgamertv Yes, for the taxi signs to look correct you have to replace the default Asobo taxi sign front and back textures in the \Asobo_Props folder with the Black Square ones. Those are found easily within the mod’s folders’.

It deletes parking numbers from all handcrafted airports and my ORBX KSJC. I renamed the KSJC bgl and went so far as deleting it and it still happens so it must be the optional textures pack. I am not sure how to fix this. Anyone have a clue?
That's an issue I've noticed too. Unfortunately not even a remote idea for a fix, as even removing the airport files does not help. It hasn't bothered me too much, but can see how it'd be really annoying for some.
I am 99% sure the problem is within the runway textures, included in the Optional Textures, and if that is the case it would need changes done by the developers.
