Radio Issue Carvan/King Air

Wondering if anyone has used these planes on Vatsim & been able to monitor both com 1 & 2 at the same time? Using both planes this weekend, if I wanted to listen to a frequency on com 2, I’d first need to switch the mic to com 2 as well. But then I’d lose the ability to listen to com 1. Just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this.

I believe I've worked out most of my issues with the radios in the King Air...using the TDS GTN, I had to take care to only use the audio controls on the GTN itself. In the Caravan, with both the TDS and the G530, there seems to be an issue where in order to monitor the frequency you're not transmitting on, you need to have all three com radios receiving. If only com 1 & 2 are illuminated, you cannot monitor a second freq for some reason, without com 3 switched receiving as well.

TDS GTN working fine with the radios, but I'm still running into issues with the 530s. No matter what I do, I can't seem to be able to monitor whichever radio is not also set to transmit.
