Autopilot issues

I am experiencing some troubles with the autopilot unit since SU10. The autopilot engages and will hold altitudes / hdg / nav but when I attempt to change altitudes, the VS cannot be set. The arm button no longer works. In general the unit seems to be misbehaving.
I had been using the KAP140 realism mod previously and it worked great. I assumed there may have been an issue with it after the unit started not functioning properly so I unloaded it and it's still not operating correctly. I haven't been able to get the A/P to work properly since SU10.
Any ideas?

Your best bet if you have software issues is to contact Just Flight support. There is a link on the wesbite www.justflight.com

Yes, there are some known bugs created with the autopilot in SU10. I plan on creating a custom KAP140 implementation to release in a hotfix soon. In the meantime, please discontinue use of the recommended KAP140 mod only if you are also a user of the TDS GTN750

@voice-of-reason thank you for your help. i stopped using the kap140 mod based on some info i obtained on the msfs forums so that's probably what did the trick for me. regardless, appreciate you taking the time to respond.
