Any plans to update Caravan avionics with the same level of fidelity introduced with Cessna 172?
-
Hi,
I really appreciate your Cessna Caravan butt regret that Bendix-Kings avionics suite has not the same level of fidelity than the one you managed to do with the cessna in terms of animation, fonts used for the digits or functionallities (KX155, KT76-TSO, KDI562 or KP140).Do you have any plans in upgrading Caravan to set the same level of accuracy?
Very best regards
Daniel
LFBDPS: By the way from what i see from preview of your tempting and already very promising King Air, there's a little error in how "7" number is drawn .Left vertical segment is not showing on the real read out.I know it's a small detail but ....

Hello,
Since i got no answer :beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes: I reply to myself. So I finaly found a solution for the incorrect "7" font by simply editing it. Here what i get:
All modifications made these past days can't be public unless developpers authorise me to do so...but i'm not confident. If they want to incorporate them freely in their product, i'm ready to share them.
Another modification pending for Caravan and Beech.RMI needles colors are inverted: ADF is green and VOR needle is yellow. It should be the opposite. ;-) I'm speaking here about KI-229.Collins RMI-30 uses Green color for the ADF and yellow for VOR.Standardisation doesn't seem the master word here. :-).....ah by the way from what i've seen on the Bonanza, RMI needles are a way too short....just my 2 cents. ;-) See photo hereafter:
RMI dials will also be modified with correct font and crown arrangment but still a lot of work:
Another question to developpers:
On King Air, why HSI is not using this card:
From what i see it uses the same than the RMI.
Thks for your supportBRGDS
Daniel
