    @CptKiddAPI Yeah they have been dark for a while, hopefully they are close to releasing since a summer release is a no go now. All we can hope for is wait and hope it gets released this year.

    Hi guys,
    The 747 team are zeroing in on the release now. The major systems are done and they just need another few weeks to finish off setting up things like switch sounds and miscellaneous systems. Keep an eye out for new pics this week as things like a polished set of liveries and a tailstand for the 200F have been added very recently.

    @Rich
    Glad to hear that the 747cl is close to its release, and whether it can be released by the end of this year? It will be one of the few good news I've ever heard in 2020 if the answer is "Yes".

    @Rich Excellent, do you guys know which between the X-Plane or MSFS2020 version will get higher priority to be finished after the P3D version?

    @Hewi Heck yes that would be a dream come true, MSFS is desperately in need of airliners especially complex functional ones.

    Well considering just how complex JF is making the systems, it’s probably going to take a decent amount of time to recode them for FS2020. I expect it to take 9-12 months after the P3D release to make it to FS2020, though I wouldn’t object to it being sooner than that.

    @Rich will the 747 have advanced sounds such as air conditioning packs, avionics ventilation, etc?

    @Captain-Bakon No, not that close. Sorry to disappoint you, still fair bit to complete before it's ready.

    @Captain-Bakon Possibly longer depending on your definition of a 'few'. Truth is we can't give a date yet, not even an estimate, still fair bit to do and then tweak, fine-tune, test etc...

    Thanks for your patience.

    Yes, like the 146 the 747 will feature a detailed sound set including custom cockpit environment sounds.

    We will try and sort some new pics and hopefully a video or two soon for you all. We'd hoped to have some new content for you to see by now but it's not been possible. We're not dodging the issue here, but want to ensure that when we have some new content for you all, that it's fresh new material, fit for airing, to show off progress and some new elements of the 747. Anything right this minute wouldn't look noticeably different to anything you've already seen. Rest assured, work, hard work continues on this and as soon as we can we'll show it off to you all.

    In the meantime, thanks for your patience on this one, it's appreciated.

    @Voice-of-Reason I figured that was the reason why there hadn’t been any updates in a while, and that completely makes sense.
