PA28 Arrow III(MSFS) VOR1 buggy?

Hi,
not sure if Im doing anything wrong, but the VOR1 seems to not work (sometimes) for me.
I tried the tutorial flight in UK and everything seemed fine - VOR1 and 2 working.
When I try to fly an ILS approach(or tuning GRM VOR) at ENGM the VOR1 wont activate at all.
I have tuned the LLZ freq (01L 110,3) - nothing happens(same with all ILSs ENGM) - needles are not moving.
The VOR2 works, and I get the LLZ signal. Problem with VOR2 is that ther is no Glideslope there.
Tried same route with default Cessna 172 - everything was fine.
The KN62A is receiving DME-signal from both VOR1 and 2.
ENGM is a downloaded airport - but strange it works with C172.Any ideas?
