    v1.1.1.8 changelog: (for anyone that's interested):-

    • GA fleet expanded with new custom liveries.
    • Airline Exclude bug fixed.
    • UI tidying.
    • GA routing logic updated
    • Missing flight plans added:
      Volaris
      Interjet
      Vivaarobus
      Aeromar
      Qantas
      TUI

    I only had the chance to have a really quick peek at the update.
    The new liveries on the GA are welcome...for those that I can see in FSX-SE, that is. I'm guessing that the Baron, Bonanza etc models aren't fixed yet?
    The Cherokee still doesn't load.
    Noted these also in the relevant aircraft.cfg::

    Beech Bonanza ATC type still BE58 Baron
    [General]
    atc_type=BEECH
    atc_model=BE58

    Piper Cherokee
    [General]
    atc_type=Cessna
    atc_model=P140

    ???? should be atc_model=PA28A Cherokee ??

    I only mention this in case it's of any help to anyone, but one possible peculiarity that I noticed was that, if I plunged straight into the sim without first compiling (so it used the 'default' traffic.bgls that TG installs), the traffic sliders seemed to act weirdly in that, even with the airliners' slider at zero, there were still many planes at the gates. In fact, loads of airliners still appeared even with both sliders at zero.

    It worked ok if the traffic was compiled first though, although a couple of airliners were still present if their slider was at zero and the GA was active.

    Once again, the program seemed reluctant to compile the Cargo flights and the process appeared to hang, but that has happened in previous versions and since it did eventually work, it may be just me :grimacing_face:

    Oh, and there still seems to be Thomas Cook & Flybe @ EGNX despite compiling with 'use exclude list' activated.:thinking_face:

    It's great that Traffic Global has received a lot of updates recently, but the program still shows over 20,000 flights.
    In Vienna and at other airports, for example, traffic is very low and specific types of aircraft are missing, as are some airlines.
    I don't know if there is an update planned that would increase traffic at airports.

    It appears TG is now out of early access and final.
    From 48,000 flight plans Pre-1.1.1.5 to 20,000 in final release.1.1.1.8.

    P3Dv5.1 HF.

    I think it will be improved by the following updates, as Rich recently mentioned that half of the flight database needs to be completed. When the flight database is ready, it could significantly increase traffic.

    Strange....if you decompile the 'default' TrafficGlobalCargo.bgl (2.55Mb) that TG copies over to your scenery/world/scenery folder [FSX-SE], these GA are added to the end of the Aircraft list...

    Yes, but that isn't the full story. In those databases, lots of those flights were the legs flown by an aircraft to a destination later in the day. For example, if an airline operated a return flight between Stansted and Glasgow that departed Stansted at 6am, then repeated it at 2pm and then again at 10pm, that would have appeared as 6 different flights. Not only that but the 6am flight would have remained sat at the gate whilst another aircraft flies the 2pm leg and then waits at the gate until 2pm the next day whilst another aircraft flies the 10pm leg.
    Now the database only lists that flight once, and the same aircraft will fly back and forth during the day completing all the legs itself.
    That means that yes the database is smaller, but you're getting less dormant aircraft filling up parking spaces and more legs being flown.

    I thought they had been added in the last build? I'll double check.

    @Rich
    Thanks for the information.
    I wanted to ask when there will be increased traffic at airports as there are few planes on many and mostly the same airlines. For example, Vienna contains 15 aircraft and Prague less than 10 aircraft.
    Rich if he could increase the number of Czech Airlines flights in the flight database, as they have a minimum of flights compared to older versions.

    They are in the data base but no matter what I try i cant get them to shown in fsxse.
    I have done the complete traffic database option a few times and have 21351 flights generated.
    But tui will not show at all

    The same problem is with other airlines. I think we should wait for an update that will solve this problem.

    Yes, this is also the case for other airlines as well as for some types of aircraft, which are added to the flight database but are not shown in the simulator.
    It is necessary to wait for the update which the airlines will actually show in the simulator.

    Yes, in update 1.1.1.8, TUI was added only to the flight database, but it is not shown at airports. This issue will definitely be fixed by future updates. For example, Thomas Cook began to show up in earlier updates and was added to flight databases long ago.

    Right heres what I have todo to get planes maybe something I doing wrong. If I install traffic I get a few planes but no easy jet, no jet2 airports are empty like Liverpool, Birmingham.etc.
    So if I go on complie data base in traffic and click fsx steam, and use exclude list set up i then gain jet 2 and easy jet and also have busy airports. All jetways are taken away including Heathrow which has none then after the complie.

    I suspect there aren't any flights in the database. From Wikipedia:

    "From 27 July to 27 October 2019, Linate was closed for runway resurfacing and terminal upgrades. The latter project is expected to continue after the airport's reopening, concluding some time in 2021. During this closure, most flights were rerouted to Malpensa, displacing approximately 2.5 million passengers."

    No flight plans in TG for LIML, if you start TG then open traffic global flight plans in the main window select departure airport tab listing them form A-Z, scroll down to check any airport code to see if it contains plans for your airport, there are less plans in the database now than before.

    That will be because the database was compiled in 2019:

    From Wikipedia:

    "From 27 July to 27 October 2019, Linate was closed for runway resurfacing and terminal upgrades. The latter project is expected to continue after the airport's reopening, concluding some time in 2021. there are less plans in the database now than before.

    This shouldn't have any relevance to LIML (see above) or the density of traffic in the game. Richard explained this earlier:

    Yes, but that isn't the full story. In those databases, lots of those flights were the legs flown by an aircraft to a destination later in the day. For example, if an airline operated a return flight between Stansted and Glasgow that departed Stansted at 6am, then repeated it at 2pm and then again at 10pm, that would have appeared as 6 different flights.
