FLAP_INCR SimConnect event not working with SPAD.neXt

Hi,

I'm trying to bind flap control to a physical lever/switch for the Black Square Caravan using SPAD.neXt.

The standard SimConnect event FLAP_INCR (and FLAP_DECR) does not produce any flap movement on this aircraft, even though it works fine on other add-on planes.

which approach would you take to make that work in spad.next so I can make it work with my honeycomb bravo flap handle?

There is nothing special about the flap system in the Caravan compared to any other of my aircraft, so I'm not sure exactly what to tell you. Did you check that the guarded flap override switch on the overhead is in the normal position? That shouldn't make a difference, though. Hopefully someone else will chime in. I use the same flap events on my hardware for all aircraft, but I'm sure there are people a lot more familiar with SPAD and those specific events than myself.

Thanks, I finally later found the solution by using simconnect flaps_incr but I have to add 16384 in the parameter field. I don't know why!
