Hi all, I just wanted to try out the new Bonanza, but I keep killing my PT6 engine. Even with all levers back and ignition off it hot starts 😞
Any help would be appreciated 😞

A video or screenshots might be most helpful here. If by "all levers back and ignition off" you mean that you're only motoring the engine with the condition lever at cutoff, then there might be something more interesting going on, but let's start with the basics first.

Thanks for the video. Fascinating! I would suggest that this is a hardware binding issue. Something appears to be overriding the position of the condition lever to the on position. I've never seen this desynchronization with any of my turbine aircraft before, but there is a first time for everything! There are others who know a lot more about hardware than I do, so hopefully they will chime in, but start by making sure that anything fuel related is not bound to your hardware, or through any 3rd party applications. Let me know if you find anything!

Did you see that the ignition is also off? I would guess if there was an override, it would be illuminated green, right?

Yep, you are correct. It was an unused device. Removing its bindings fixed it. Thanks a lot. I would not have guessed in a million years
