I was in the process of starting up for my third or fourth flight of the afternoon when I noticed the checklists call for AC Ventilation Fans Off for the preflight inspection. I had them on because I was sitting on the ground and getting warm, and I noticed that there was no decrease in current draw on the battery when I turned them off. According to the tablet and sounds, they are not running when the switch is in the Off position, but there is no current decrease going from Ventilate to Off.

With the switch in the Off position, you can also see the increase in battery current going from the Low to High position on each fan switch, or the subsequent decrease if going from High to Low, even though the fans are not running.

The fans seem similarly unaffected by the Left/Right/Aft Vent Blower circuit breakers, nor the main bus breaker on that row. They will continue to run if the breakers are pulled.
