Is there a way to manually increase engine hours?

I want to simulate a used aircraft. I assume the more engine hours that are on the odometer the more "worn" things are that could cause a failure in the background simulation under the hood. Thanks for any help! Great product.

The engine performance will only begin to degrade when the condition is very low; however you could still run the engine hot to degrade the condition quickly (or set it in developer mode). For everything else in the aircraft, increasing the global failure rate slider can yield a catastrophically unreliable aircraft for great entertainment value.
