    Hello,
I've never needed the standby alternator in a flight,
but I noticed that when running the checklist, standby alternator does not activate.
There are no active mailfunctions showing in the tablet.
Annunciation light is not turning on, and when loadmeter to secondary and primary alternator off. It shows 0 Amps.
It did use to work when testing before. What to do...
Its the normally aspirated bonanza for clarity.
    Thanks in advance.
    Peter,

It works fine for me last I checked. 1700rpm, Primary Alternator OFF and the STBY ALT Annun should Illuminate. I believe it also requires a minimum of 2300rpm to provide adequate power in the event it needs to be used.

I checked, you are right... a minimum of 1260 RPM for the secondary alternator.
So both of the alternators need a different minimum of RPM to providing power. That is neat. Good to know.
        It's working as intended now.
        Thanks a lot.
        Aaaaaand, sorry for the inconvinience.

Also, check if the circuit breaker has tripped.

            Good thinking!
I moved checklist items around in a custom checklist because I thought runup checklist was too long.
Now a had insufficient RPM to engage the standby alternator. I modified this now.
Thanks for the help the both of you.
