    Perhaps they have given up on the My AI Flights tool, which makes me wonder were TG is going in the future, in it`s present state not a good place.

    @Ray-Fry
    It certainly doesn't seem to be improving much. In fact, I think someone's thrown it into reverse! Ah well, I guess you, I and umpteen other early adopters/testers have had nothing better to do with our time over the past (almost) 3 years!
    Shame, it had such potential........:slightly_frowning_face:
    Maybe it'll improve when they port it over to FS2020 .......:beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:

    Looks like, when you compile My AI now, the flights are included in Traffic_Global_AI rather than a separate bgl.

    If I try to compile all in V1.1.2.0 (downloaded today) I still get an error "Unable to copy traffic database to P3D". This is using P3D v5.1. Hopefully a fix will be made in the coming days.

    If they port over to MSFS i will not be using it and i was an Alpha tester, i get the feeling JF are taking the same route as Aerosoft who have said they are no longer supporting FSX or P3D no future, and only interested in MSFS.

    That'll be the JF that has just released a 146 for P3D, an update for Traffic Global (P3D); is releasing an X-Plane version of the 146 soon and has a P3D 747, P3D 146RJ and P3D A300 in development also due for release. That JF?

    @Derek
    Are we talking products that were already in development and will now be ported to MSFS.

    'Ported'? I admire your optimism. The new game is likely to require more than just 'porting' and what we commission/develop for it it will really depend on what the add-on market looks like from a commercial point of view. Up to now there have been plenty of airports but precious little in the way of study level aircraft.
    Still, if it helps to build the narrative, you can speculate all you want.

    Funny you have an aircraft in development that`s available for P3D for MSFS.

    Funny peculiar or funny ha ha?

    We are working on a PA-28 for MSFS but we have six other titles of far more complexity in development for P3D and X-Plane. Until such time as it is possible to make complex aircraft for the new game, very few serious developers are likely to be abandoning P3D or X-Plane just yet. FSX, though, is unlikely to see any significant development from us in the future - although that was the case before MSFS came out as the divergence from P3D had become too great.

    Hi Ray
    Not to hijack this thread but as I have just purchased the new LTFM Istanbul scenery I was wondering if you could share your method of adding the LTFM to Traffic Global as I have tried various methods without any success and it is a bit lonely there at the present time.

    Thank you in advance for any help you can give and my apologies for hijacking the thread.

    Take care and stay safe.

    You can do this by editing the LTBA plans to LTFM.

    This plan has a problem this why they put an alternative livery's which i do not use.

    You find wrong livery no 319 Turkish but the destination also has a problem.
    You can change this also to correct it you do not need to change the flight time as the airports are so close.

    You can see i have changed the flight to one of my addon airports run the test then if OK save the plan.
    You change the aircraft to Cargo if want but run the test as the destination must have Cargo Ramps to work that`s how i did the Cargo you see in my screenshot.
    After you edit the plans you must run the compiler for it to take affect.

    You can do the same for incoming flights this will increase traffic at the airport.
    https://www.flickr.com/photos/154944674@N05/50799461347/in/dateposted-public/
    Select the arrival airport tab then edit the LTBA plans.
    https://www.flickr.com/photos/154944674@N05/50799461402/in/dateposted-public/
    PS this is one way of increasing traffic at your addon airport that has nearby airports with to much traffic, one example is HEATHROW with LUTON and GATWICK nearby that have to much traffic to load and end up in the error log.
    HEATHROW half empty local airports cannot load all traffic.
    EGLL has 160 plans that will not all load again due to errors timing being one EGLL to YSSS cannot work in the 12hr and there are others like this you can get as many as 20-30 plans that will not load due to errors.
