Commander won't save controls profile and avatar position

First, superb GA aeroplane! Really happy ... although I wish there was a greater requirement for a proper pre-flight walk around...

But the issues of the day are:

I have to reset my controls profile for the Alpha and Bravo every time I load the aircraft. I have both 'Airplanes controls' set up with empty assignments as I'm controlling everything with MobiFlight. Those empty profiles might be the issue as this is the only aircraft I'm currently using MF with. Any suggestions?
I'm SURE my avatar used to exit just behind the wing on the pilot's door side, but now (for the past couple of months probably) he ends up hunkered down below the tailplane looking backwards. Is this normal? Or how do I reset or adjust the 'exiting' position?

Same for me actually - forgetting the associated control profile (with flight stick and gamepad) and the exit position.

Same here! The exact same Problems. I have to set the control profile every time I start the Simulator for the Commander, and the exit position is cramped under the tail.

Control profiles is usually just a MSFS thing when your MSFS local and cloud saves get out sync. It is a real pain to fix sometimes.

I jumped into the BS Bonanza again the other day and the same thing happened ... then the BS TBM 850 ... something suspicious going on here, I thought... @Woolies might just have hit the nail on the head with the local fighting the cloud. Now ... time to Google how to stop the fight

If you are using Steam, disconnect MSFS from the cloud, so it stores locally only, run MSFS once, then reconnect to the cloud, that worked for me.

MSFS Zendesk does have a way to delete your cloud save but use it with extreme caution as it can def improve things but it will also wipe a lot of things including your control profiles. You need to export them all somewhere safe first. Also, things like P42 Flow is stored in it and possibly some P42 Chaseplane amongst others.

I have felt the pain of this lol
