I can't get my TBM to speed at sea level

Hi there,
according to the manual, the Blacksquare TBM should be able to cruise at 241 KIAS at sea level. I've tried this several times now and I am not able to achieve anything beyond 230 KIAS, with moderate gross weight, in ISA conditions and 850 mode, even when overtorqueing the engine (and I don't think "maximum cruise" should be working that way). What am I missing?
At greater altitudes on the other hand, I have no problems to achieve the book values.

This is just an issue I have recognized with the MSFS flight model in general. I don't know what exactly the issue is, but it holds true for all of my aircraft, and every configuration I have ever tested. I tune each aircraft to be most accurate in its most common cruising altitudes, which for the TBM is in the flight levels.
