Dear devs, can you please tell how realistic it is?
Started with full tanks, reached 9.500 feet, set my power at 21" MaP, 2100 RPM, started leaning until the cylinders said "are you crazy?" then added just a bit to keep the engine running smoothly.
In this configuration, even having about 3-5 kt headwind, the airplane is doing in the neighborhood of 120 knots, burning 5.1 gph, with estimated max range of about 1500 NM. Is Commander THAT fuel-efficient? I'm asking 'cause I didn't consider it a machine capable of flying Japan-US, but now I kinda do
