Flaps in v0.1.1

Good to see the patch for the commander - I bought the plane a few days ago, and have been holding off flying it until the patch came out.
I am still struggling with the flaps lever though. I am using Mobiflight to set the new L:var_FlapSwitchOverride, which works fine for the 1 and 3 "up" and "down" positions, but I am frequently getting up to maybe 1 second of "lag" between setting 2 > L:var_FlapSwitchOverride and the lever actually going back into its neutral position. This makes it hard to control the flap position accurately, even aside from the extra-sticky needle which has to be tapped all the time.
Is this just me?
This seems to only happen when the aircraft has power - in this recording you can see the lever move at the same time as the lvar changes while the power is off, and then the lag starts when I turn the battery on.
