State saving - hours

The hours on the engine seem to reset to 0, even when all three of the state saving options are enabled.
Is this a bug or am I missing something obvious?
It's a 3rd party livery.

Sorry to say that I have addressed this dozens of times in the last few months. The hobbs and tach time are saved by the simulator, not me, and it seems to have been severely broken with SU4. If you want to look for solutions yourself, though, it appears this does not affect everyone. I've never had it lost in any of my aircraft, while others have not seen it saved in months. Perhaps anti-virus or Windows permissions settings, from what I've heard.
