Is there a specific MSFS binding or hardware variable to use for the Electric Trim on the yoke? I am using the normal ELEVATOR TRIM UP / DOWN for my trim wheel but not sure how to specifically utilise the trim buttons on the yoke with hardware.

    Many Thanks

I believe this has been talked about before with other aircraft and you would need to use additional software like Axis and Ohs.

Trim key bindings work when they shouldn't

That first post seems to be about power related supply and trim working when it shouldn't and the other related to the Duke.

I am asking what bindings to use for the buttons for the 114. There is nothing listed in the list of variables in the manual that I can see for the 114 for the trim switches. As to whether they are the same variables used in other BKSQ aircraft I do not know as I don't own any others.

Hopefully someone has managed to create bindings for them.

there is no custom variable for electrical elevator. Just open devmode, click tools > behaviors, next point your mouse over joke elevator trim switch and pust ctrl+g. You'll se there is custom code for animation and mouse interact. Perhaps Nick or somebody can make script for using it in spadnext.

Ok, had to delve in deeper and managed to code electric trim up and down using that code, thanks. So only works when correct power on.

I guess the button animation is not possible due to the var type used?
