Turbine Duke Fuel Flow

I’m flying at FL280, trq 770, rpm 2050, FF is 30.5gph. According to the manual for max range I should be seeing closer to 23gph? If I bump power to the recommended power setting for this altitude I see 32GPH which is what the chart shows for SL. Wondering if this is a bug or accurate?

What chart are you looking at? According to the manual, at your altitude and settings, the fuel flow should be 29.
