The Baron's engines cut out whenever I pull the throttle to idle. Is this normal?
-
I’ve tried bringing the throttle back very slowly to see if it was a hardware issue, and I always make sure the aircraft is in the best possible condition (maintenance-wise). However, the engines always shut down at idle, even though this doesn't happen with the Bonanza or any other Baron variants.

This has been discussed elsewhere, and it will be fixed with the next update. While it's not entirely unrealistic, depending on operating conditions, it was not intended, and I would like it to match my other aircraft.

@Black-Square Thanks for the reply. I managed to run some tests and noticed that the engines only cut out at idle if there is a tailwind. It seems the airflow must always be hitting the engine intakes directly. While not entirely unrealistic, I think the effect is a bit exaggerated causing the engines to die like that. Thank you very much, I’ll be looking forward to the next update!
