issues with the GTNXi 750 and loading procedures

Hello,
I have recently gotten the TBM 850 and the GTNXi 750. Here is how I set things up:

Used the TDSGPSManager.exe to install everything: aviation trainer 3.10.3.0, GTNXI PC Trainer 20.42.2.0, FS2024 1.3.1.1, Gauge 3.0.3

Went into Navigraph Hub and installed the TDS GTNXi in addon packages
Every Flight in the TBM 850, I am unable to load and activate a procedure. I can load flight plans from simbrief just fine, and if I reboot the GPS, I can load the procedure. But even after that, I get a message about a DB error.
I am not sure what I am doing wrong

Since I haven't heard of anything like this chronically affecting my aircraft, might I suggest getting in touch with TDS support? Alternatively, Just Flight Support might have seen this before, since they handle technical issues across many different aircraft with many 3rd party applications. Let me know if there is anything I else I can help you with!
