A36 Bonanza Issues on XboxX

Good afternoon, this is my first post on this forum. I’ve recently purchased the A36 bonanza professional package on Xbox series X and I’ve encountered a couple of issues.
Firstly when I stream the aircraft, it does not appear in the MSFS 2024 Content Manager. The only way I can get it to appear is to download and install to my local drive then I can go into free flight and select the aircraft.
Secondly, I’m having problems with state saving and I do understand this could be an ongoing issue like the Hobbs meter and engine settings in the EFB and there could be other others that I have not picked up on because I am just learning the aircraft.
Finally when hand flying the aircraft it
drifts to the left. Is this to do with the rotational torque of the propeller.
So far, I’ve only had this aircraft package for a couple of days and my overall experience is excellent. -
I’m also on Xbox, and I was having the same issues with disappearing planes. Every time I restart the sim, the recently released Bonanza, Baron, and Starship would not be shown on the aircraft selection screen. If I go to My Library, they’re all there and enabled. If I first disable and then re-enable them, they show up in the selection screen. But they disappear again on the next startup. Downloading them makes them available, even after rebooting the sim.
State saving seems to be working for me (avionics selection, payload, whether the doors were left open), and my hobbs meters as well.

@Niko Many other developers have reported that state saving is almost completely broken in SU4, so you are not alone. I'm afraid there isn't anything I can do about it except add my voice to those asking for a fix in SU5.
I'm glad you're enjoying the aircraft! Sorry to hear that you're having problems with the aircraft selection menu too... I'm also not sure there is anything I can do about that either. I haven't had any reports of this from PC users, so I suspect it's something Xbox related. If we can have more reports here with some more details, I can raise the issue with Asobo (I must say those words at least once per day). In the meantime, let me know if you have any more questions! I bought this three aircraft package to fly as near IRL as possible also considering I’m on Xbox. And yes there is loads to do and learn especially the turboprop. It is also disappointing that state saving is buggy to say the least as this so important for immersion and I do hope this gets resolved asap because in systems depth these GA aircraft are up there with the very best in the sim.

@Black-Square hey there! Love the plane but I am having the same issues. I'm using Geforce Now so likely not an xbox only issue.
I have to deactivate the plane and reactivate it in the marketplace before itll show up!

So far MS support have been radio silent for 48hr’s and only advised the stupid default of wipe your console and reinstall everything again. (I work 1st line internal IT for a major uk bank) and I know this is OTT and not going to make a blind difference

I can confirm that same bug - on Xbox X and GeForce Now (which is the PC Version).
I own quite a lot of paid Addons (including the BS TBM 850) and they all work fine.
Given the „Professional“ tag and the otherwise great quality of the product I would expect the developer to acknowledge that this is a bug on their end.

@bitmonkey79 To which issue in this thread are you referring? I would happily acknowledge an issue on my end if I thought there was one to acknowledge. Many developers are discussing the state saving issues with Asobo on the developer support forum right now, and I don't believe anything I could do to configure an addon would affect how it appears in the content library. The layer of configurations between my package and how it appears in the library is a file on a few lines long, it's not platform specific, and Asobo has the final approval on all of them.

But quitting and restarting the sim leads to same the annoying behavior:
- the Bonanzas and Barons aren't available anymore in my aircraft selection
- the fix is to disable and re-enable the bundle in my content manager
I can reproduce that issue on XBox and Geforce Now (which uses the PC version). As said: no other of my addons shows that issue (including the Black Square TBM-850 - also bought via the Marketplace).
I believe you, that this might be a problem of Asobo or MS, but for me as the end customer that is not distinguishable. I just bought a product from the official Marketplace which in parts doesn't work correctly.
As you most likely have more insights about the addon related procedures I would kindly ask you to bring that matter forward to your contact at Asobo so they can take a look (and fix it).
The planes themselves are just great and I truly enjoy all their details and features

@bitmonkey79 I'm sorry you're dealing with that, but I'm glad you're enjoying the aircraft. I'll see what I can do with Asobo. As you may have read (or gathered from how long it's taken to get the aircraft onto the marketplace at all), we've had some issues with the 2024 Marketplace, including the long induction times, mystery hold-ups, bundles not appearing, and the MSFS 2024 upgrade appearing not to be free for the first 24-48 hours. I'll add this one to the list, and let you know if I hear anything. In the meantime, please let me know if you have any more questions! You know where to find me.
