Pilot avatars missing in all duke models baron models and bonanza models in su4. Anyone else have this issue?

Per the ChasePlane FAQ: "The pilot is hidden for now due to an internal issue with the sim. Until this reported issue is resolved in the sim, we are hiding the pilot entirely to avoid conflicts when using ChasePlane."
