In the manual it states that using the scroll wheel on the mouse will change the amount of noise cancellation when Headphone Isolation is activated. I can't tell any difference when I scroll the mouse wheel. Active noise cancelling does work when the jacks are plugged in...just no adjustment. This is both on the Baron and the Bonanza.

Do you use Legacy interaction mode instead of Lock?

If so, instead of scrolling, on either side there should be zones that turn into increase/decrease cursors that you can click to adjust the effect.
