Changing interiors colors between liveries possible?

Simple question for both the Bonanza and Barons - is it possible to establish a preferred panel and interior setup that works with different liveries? I highly prefer the dark gray panel, and gray seats - but would like to use that combination with other liveries that use the beige options.
If it's a matter of copying a panel.cfg option, or copying a specific KTX2 file from one livery to another - please enlighten me.
