PA 28-140 Engine Issue - it won't run

I purchased and downloaded the plane from Just Flight a month ago. It Installed fine and has worked well.
On a flight earlier this week the engine quit while in flight. Since then it will not run.
When I start a new flight the engine is initially running, but immediately stops. I've tried to restart it, but with no luck. I've started a flight on the ramp, and in the air on final. Same result. I'm using X-Plane 12
