Windscreen Wipers have no effect & Cabin Sim question

When I activate the wipers, the water on the windscreen is unaffected.
Is there any plans on adding this immersion-feature? Seems to become more and more common on other planes, so it feels like something is missing on the RJ right now.

Also general question about the cabin: Is the temperature in the cabin simulated? Meaning: Hot air blowing into the cabin works against the cooling of the cabin walls and any open doors.

this would be a very nice feature and what that FS2024 now supports with their fairly recent SDK. I'd love to have working wipers.
