ETM ETE to Dest bug in turboprop Bonanza
-
I think I found a bug in the Engine Trend Monitor in the turboprop Bonanza - on the ETE to Dest Nav page the distance to the destination doesn't look to work (time to dest looks fine - it's just distance that's the issue) - I'm on a flight now and it's said 13.9nm the whole time - and the dist to the next waypoint is working fine.

This might be due to what GPS you are using at the time. If you read the "Third Party Navigation and GPS Systems" section of the manual, you will find this:
Regarding this specific aircraft, the ETM Engine Trend Monitor includes many more navigation and fuel planning features than the EDM800/760 for reciprocating engine Black Square Aircraft. One of these features has proven difficult to integrate with 3rd party GPS units, because they do not all use the native flight planner. Specifically, Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) to waypoints and the destination may not possess the correct timezone offset in all conditions. As development continues on these 3rd party products, Black Square will continue to work with the developers to update the fleet, and bring you the most realistic flying experience possible.
However, I have also recently received a note that some of this data might be a little weird in the latest updates for MSFS 2024. I'm hoping that just sorts itself out...
I'll try some of the others. I'm using the pms50 gtn750
