lights issues, weather radar stopped working

Hello Nick,
i just made an early morning trip in the BonanzaTP and noticed 2 things concerning taxi and landing lights:

Taxi light:
the light is on but has no effect, meaning i dont see anything. see screenshot -
Landing lights:
both landing light are on but they have different intensity: the right landing light feels correct the left too weak
Also i was flying in very bad weather and at one point the weather radar stopped working. see screenshots

Hi Michael,
Quickly, are you on SU4 Beta? I have been told this might be an issue, and all aircraft lighting has been under constant assault on SU4. I literally see something different or broken every time I download a new beta version. If not, then make sure you download the most up to date version of the Bonanza Professional, as there was a tiny mistake that I let sneak through for maybe an hour of downloads after v1.1 involving specifically the Turbine Bonanza's lights.

But 2024 has lots of changes IMHO server side. That might be another MS "mini-fix" nobody is talking about. If i can assist tell me.

Hi Michael,
I'll take a look and see if I can reproduce this in any way myself in a few moments, but did you make sure you have the latest version of the Bonanza Professional, and not the one that was available for a few hours after we released v1.1? I can also tell you what to look for in the files to double check, if you like. The issue we quickly patched pertained specifically to the Bonanza Professional's lights, so pardon me for asking again.

sorry i know i installed the update but i might have missed the "a" update as i was on vacation. lights are working fine sorry again!one question: using flightsim.to liverys breaks the plane for other using owning the plane as well (Baron, Bonanaza, Starship)They see a A320 even they have the plane installed. Is there anything i or you can do ? its horrible to also match the livery with other players to be able to see the right plane.

That's a good question about the downloaded liveries. I don't really know the ins-and-outs of how that system works, but I have a few people I could ask if the SDK doesn't have a clear explanation.
Just to clarify, the lights on the Turbine Bonanza are working now?

yes the lights work so i missed the "a" update.

yes the light work. so bottom line my fault i missed the "a"update.
in order to see the plane (both own the plane) both need to have the same livery. if one person doesnt have the livery the fallback is A320. thats very frustrating. you could sell a livery package
there is one Beech livery in white black red which is very sexy.Maybe there is something that needs to be inside the new livery to have a better fallback livery/plane. A320 is really far off

I have the same problem with the taxi lights. Version 1.1 from Contrail.
How can I get the latest update?

Just did the first flight and noted that all my exterior lights would not stay on (I'm not in SU4). Also, the same problem with the parking brake. During the run-up I noticed the aircraft moving...I would reset the parking brake and it would hold for a while and then just go off by itself. The lights and parking brake are all configured on my Alpha and Bravo units. I bought the unit on the 14th so should have had the "a" version, although I noticed on the jason file it just says 1.1.

I do nothing special with the parking brake in any of my aircraft, so I have a hard time believing this was the result of anything new in my aircraft, especially since v1.0. I don't want to minimize what you're seeing, but I would just suspect something at the simulator level, or hardware level, before I would start looking for weirdness with my aircraft. I assume you've tried this exact setup with other aircraft (remembering that MSFS 2024 has aircraft-specific control profiles)? I hope I don't sound like I'm evading, I'm just trying to cover the obvious first.

The Honeycomb Bravo must be configured for BS planes. So many switches and i suggest not trusting a single one and redo them. in starship you will have problems with i think "NAV" also which i then configured with AxisandOs (or maybe VS not sure anymore)
BTW: Reservse Thrust on Bravo still a mystery to me. i wish somebody could share a config. what i use now: changed the Center position backwards now having 20% or 25% beta and the rest for forward thrust.

So, this morning I decided to do some pattern work...just to practice landings and correct control of the aircraft...guess what...everything worked as it should. No problem with parking brake nor lights...go figure. So, for now, I guess this was a "one-off" situation.
